Apple and Raisin Porridge

Serves 2

  • 50g porridge oats
  • 30g raisins
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 grated apples
  • 250ml milk of your choice
  • Yogurt to serve

In a pan over a medium heat, gently heat the oats, milk, grated apple, raisins and cinnamon for about 5 mins until thick and creamy. Top with yogurt and some more apple and raisins and serve immediately!
