Peachy Porridge

Bringing you a taste of summer to these chilly mornings! Serves 1

  • 40g oats
  • 250ml milk
  • 80g chopped peach (I used frozen)
  • 10g desiccated coconut
  • To serve - 1/2 banana, chopped peach, coconut flakes

Add the oats, milk, chopped peach and desiccated coconut to a pan. Bring gently to a simmer and cook for about 5 mins until oats are soft. Top with banana, chopped peach and coconut flakes!
