Return a Product

We're sorry you're wanting to return your product. Please let us know what was wrong with the product so we can improve. Fill out the form below, making sure the information is accurate. If you have any enquiries about wanting to return a product, please contact us at info@theteenykitchen.co.uk

You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns. The Teeny Kitchen will not pay the postage of any unwanted items unless they are faulty.  All items must be returned in the condition that you received them, with all tags still attached and product packaging included where applicable. We recommend that the customer uses a secure and trackable method when returning products, with proof of postage, as we are unable to refund items in the event that the package is lost.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

We do not accept returns of Elvie products as this is an intimate product. If you have issues with your Elvie products, please contact Elvie directly at questions@elvie.com or +44 (0)203 745 5201.  The dedicated line for retail is currently open 7 days per week from 9 am - 6 pm UK time.

We cannot offer refunds if your product has not been delivered. Please ensure you have a reciept or tracking number. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receieve a confirmation email.
